A little while back hubby and I headed out for our first multi-day hike. We chose to head to Kosciuszko National park and headed to Charlottes Pass to start the Main Range walk plus some side bits. The hike is about 22 km, but with added extras we did we ended up doing about 27 km.
We only tackled the hike in small sections spreading it over 3 nights. It was absolutely incredible. Im not going to go on about it much more, just have a look through the images to see the beauty of this place.
I always loved hiking, but multi-day hiking is just so good for the soul. During the day the track was fairly busy but after about 4 pm it started to empty out, leaving us in the mountains with no one else around.
Our last 6km was not fun at all, but a good test of our tents ability as a four season tent.. 75km/hr winds and heavy rain blew in overnight, so we packed up early and headed off back to the car so we could get dry and warm.
Here’s too many more hikes.
We kicked off this incredible engagement session with these two rad humans on the gorgeous South Coast of New South Wales on the sands of Jervis Bay. For any one who knows Jervis Bay you will understand my elation when I get to shoot here.Read More
A few weeks ago I headed down to Jervis Bay to meet up with the gorgeous Caitlyn + Tahla for their mini engagement session. The golden light from the afternoon sun was just gorgeous as it peered through the trees on our walk to the beach, so I just had to stop and get some shots, and almost missed the sun when we finally made the beach.Read More
